Frank Morris Associates (FMA) was established over 25 years ago as a firm of general practice Chartered Surveyors, providing property survey, valuation and professional consultancy services to a wide range of both corporate and private clients, on all matters relating to their property investment requirements.

Managing Director, Mark Everett B.Sc. MRICS, joined FMA as a trainee and obtained a degree in Property Surveying & Valuation in 1993 and was elected as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and made up to an equity partner in 1995.

Having worked in the property industry in and around London for over 20 years, Mark has gained a wide range of experience in most aspects of both residential and commercial property survey and valuation including Leasehold Reform Act valuations (Lease Extensions & Enfranchisement), Portfolio Management, Party Wall Matters etc. and has acted as an Expert Witness & Single Joint Expert in numerous litigation cases and Leasehold Valuation Tribunal hearings, concerning disputes over property valuation and building defects.

Mark is a sports enthusiast who played rugby for both Saracens & Hertford RFC and cricket for MCC and Hertfordshire.
